7-Hour HIV/AIDS Education & Awareness Independent Study

This policy is specifically for the HIV/AIDS Education & Awareness Independent Study Programs. Refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. A refund, minus an administrative fee of $10, will be returned to your account within one week of a written request. Participants who have submitted their exam for grading are not eligible for a refund.

eCertifications will be issued within 24-48 hours of payment and exam answer sheet submission.
